Offer:
- Self-employed type of Contract as CP B737 (under Czech self-employed rules)
- Contract period – to 31st October 2027
Note. Possible revolving contract for next years (based on current situation on the market)
- Base: various home base (floating base)
- Great range of operation – from short haul to intercontinental flights

- Modern aircraft fleet: Boeing 737 NG/MAX
- Accommodation allowance: will be paid by Smartwings
- Travel allowance:
- Pilot is responsible to reach Prague on his own expenses, and for this purpose he may use MyID Travel which is available to pilots for the duration of the contract.
- Start point is Prague.
- Transport from/to assigned base to Prague will be paid by Smartwings during 21 days pattern.
- Rostering: 20 days on / 10 days off
Requirements:
- No criminal record
- Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Current EASA ATPL Licence
- Current Command Type Rating with IR
- 3,500 hours Total time
- 1,000 hours Command on type
- Last flight within last 12 month
- Age between 26 – 63
- ICAO English level 4 or above
- Rights to live and work in EU
- Licencing: be able to receive Background Check by OCC start at latest
- Proven Cooperation and Teamwork skills
- Excellent Communication skills with advanced CRM traits
- Stress management in an ever-changing work environment
- Task sharing and delegation skills
- Leadership and Managerial skills focused on teamwork on an international
- An overall Problem-solving and Decision-making skill set including those required from an aviation professional
- A high level of Situation Awareness and the ability continually improve on this key skill
- Successfully passed company Selection Screening (the contents and conditions will be sent personally)
