Fares and classes

The LITE Package designed for customers looking for the lowest price offer. It covers flying the passenger with only cabin baggage (55 x 40 x 23 cm). All additional services, such as flying checked baggage or preferred seat selection, are subject to a fee or are unavailable under this price package (e.g. ticket refunds).

The PLUS package is the ideal choice for customers looking for an optimal price/service ratio. Compared to the LITE package, it includes flying one small personal item in the passenger cabin, one checked baggage and the option of preferred seat selection. Tickets purchased under the PLUS package are non‑refundable.

The FLEX package will be appreciated by customers who prefer flexibility and additional services included in the ticket price, i.e. the all-in-one model. Compared to the PLUS package, it also allows changes to reserved departure or arrival dates for the the difference in fare only and it offers the option of canceling the ticket for a fee. It also includes light in-flight snacks in the ticket price.

This package is only available on routes between Prague and the islands of Gran Canaria and Tenerife.

Smartwings business class includes a separate check-in counter, fast track at the security checkpoint, access to lounges and a higher baggage allowance. We care about your comfort from the very beginning of your journey. Thanks to a separate check-in counter and fast track at the security check, you can avoid long queues and save your precious time. You will go through the whole process faster and with a minimum of stress. So you can fully concentrate on the upcoming experiences.

Higher baggage allowance

A higher baggage allowance allows you to take everything you need with you. Business class includes transportation of two checked bags (32 kg), two hand bags (8 kg) and a personal bag (3 kg). Enjoy traveling without compromise.

Business class lounges

Avoid the hustle and bustle of the airport and experience the comfort of business lounges. Business class passengers have access to the Erste Premier Lounge in Prague, the Montaña Roja VIP Lounge in Tenerife and the Galdos VIP Lounge in Las Palmas.

Wide comfortable chairs

The seats are designed to give you maximum space and comfort. This is not the classic European business class model, where you get more personal space only by leaving the middle seat unoccupied. Smartwings business class offers passengers comfortable and adjustable seats in a 2+2 configuration.

Refreshment

On board, our smiling staff will welcome you with a welcome drink. Afterwards, you can look forward to a three-course menu consisting of an appetizer, main course and dessert. All dishes are absolutely fresh, prepared from quality ingredients and served on porcelain dishes. Snacks in the form of fruit, nuts or chocolate are also available to you throughout the flight. About an hour before landing, we will offer you coated baguettes or tortillas. Of course, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served throughout the flight.
